1. Introduction
This terms of service agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the website and services provided by The Good Brand (UK) Limited (the “Company”), a company registered in England and Wales under the company number 14067927. Your rights to any items purchased using the Company’s services are those of The Good Brand (UK) Limited T/A Goods To Ship until the shipper confirms that the items have been delivered FOB Port. If the items remain in the UK, they remain the property of The Good Brand (UK) Limited.

The Incoterms applicable to all sales made using the Company’s services are FOB Port.
5. Issues with Products
Any issues with products purchased using the Company’s services are the responsibility of Amazon, exclusively. You agree to absolve The Company of any responsibilities related to the products received.
6. Defects and Incorrect Items
You should check with the shipper to see if they offer a service to check items for defects, incorrect items, etc., before shipping. The Company will not be held liable for any issues pertaining to defective or incorrect items.
7. Payment
By making a payment for any goods on Amazon UK using your own funds, you are not offering a chargeable service to The Company. You are merely using a self-service aspect of the Company’s business model via its Amazon Business Account. Any purchase made using the Goods To Ship – Amazon Business Account is an order from the Company to sell the items bought to you with a margin applied.
8. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Rules
In accordance with AML rules, the Company reserves the right to ask for further details before issuing any refund payments.
9. Refund Payment Details
You agree that all refund payment details will be kept up to date on your online account. You also absolve the Company of any responsibility if any refunds made are to a wrong account due to incorrectly entered details by you. You may not change your refund details more than twice in a year.
10. Personal Purchases on Amazon
You agree not to use the email address used for your Goods To Ship – Amazon Business Account for any personal purchases on Amazon. Any violation of this term could lead to your account being suspended.
11. Refunds and Returning Incorrectly Purchased Items
Refunds are not allowed for any items purchased using the Company’s services. You may not return any incorrectly purchased items to Amazon.
12. VAT
Any items bought without VAT or VAT at a rate less than 20% may cost more than the price stated on Amazon UK at the time of purchase.
13. Termination of Account
The Company reserves the right to terminate your account due to lack of activity.
14. Amazon Seller Limits
Amazon sellers may set limits for one account, so items may be unavailable if the Company’s Amazon Business Account has already reached its limit, or items may sell at a higher price.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This Agreement shall commence on the date you first access or use the website or services and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
